Ingredients
• X2 eggs
• Bacon
• Cheese
• Puff pastry sheet ready Get the puff pastry sheet ready and cut into 4 squares (or more depending on the size of your sheet) Grate the cheese (I used mild cheddar) and place in the middle of the squares, making a bed for the bacon. Place 2 or 3 slices of bacon on top of the cheese and fold the corners. Beat the eggs and glaze the eggs on top. Then straight into the air fryer at 180°C for 12 minutes. Then flip them at the end for 1 minute just to crisp the bottom
