5 eggs
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
8 sausage links
4 slices Cheddar cheese

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Eggs:
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later. Scramble the remaining eggs.
Prepare the Crescent Rolls:
Unroll the crescent dough on a work surface and separate it into 8 triangles.
Assemble the Roll-Ups:
Cut each slice of Cheddar cheese in half and place one half on each triangle of dough.
Top each triangle with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.
Roll Up the Triangles:
Loosely roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet, point-side down.
Brush with Egg Wash:
Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the reserved beaten eggs.
