Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients

-10 lasagna noodles
-1lb ground beef
-1 roll sausage
-1 med onion diced
-3/4 container of ricotta
-big bag of shred mozzarella
-2 cans sauce

• cooked down the onions
• Browned sausage/beef & drained
• Boil & lay out noodles, spread ricotta meat blend and some mozzarella cheese on top,

.Rolled (not too tight!)

• coat bottom of pan with sauce (This is so noodles get stuck then put them in pan, cover with sauce & cheese & bake at 425 for 20 min!

I added seasoning to the ricotta and meat!

serve this with garlic bread
