Melting Moments

You need
250g Butter
1 cup icing sugar
2 cups Corn Flour/Maizena
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup oil
2 cups Cake Wheat Flour
Method
Cream butter and icing sugar.
Add vanilla essence and mix.
Add oil and corn flour and mix well.
Add flour and mix. Your dough should be soft. If it’s a little sticky Add a tablespoon of flour at a time till you get a nice pliable dough. ( DO not add too much flour)
Pipe onto trays lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180°c for about 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
Let it cool before removing from baking pan.
Decorate with melted chocolate.
