Fresh Fruit Three-Tiered Cake

Ingredients:

3 layers of your favorite sponge cake (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup watermelon, cubed
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup cherries, pitted
1 cup blueberries
1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds for garnish
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
2 tablespoons honey (optional for extra sweetness)

Instructions:

Prepare the Cake Layers:
Bake or purchase three layers of sponge cake and allow them to cool completely.
Prepare the Fruits:
Wash and dry all the fruits. Hull and slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, chunk the pineapple, cube the watermelon, peel and slice the kiwis, and pit the cherries.
Assemble the Cake:
First Layer:
Place the first layer of sponge cake on a serving platter.
Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the cake.
Arrange a layer of mixed fruits (strawberries, grapes, pineapple, watermelon, kiwi, cherries, and blueberries) on top of the whipped cream.
Second Layer:
Place the second layer of sponge cake on top of the fruit layer.
Spread another layer of whipped cream over the cake.
Arrange another layer of mixed fruits on top of the whipped cream.
Third Layer:
Place the third layer of sponge cake on top.
Spread the remaining whipped cream over the top and sides of the cake.
Decorate the top with a beautiful arrangement of mixed fruits, using the lemon slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Optional Honey Drizzle:
Drizzle honey over the top of the cake for extra sweetness.
