Ingredients
3/4 cup warm water
3/4 cup hot milk
2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
7 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sunflower seed oil
1 teaspoon fine salt
6 cups wheat flour
to taste: butter
Mix warm water, hot milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Add sunflower oil and salt, then stir in the flour gradually. Knead the dough until smooth, then divide it into 10 pieces. Shape them into loaves, brush with oil, add a bit of butter on top, and let them rise for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
