Cinnamon Cream Cheese Cookies

Trying a new cookie recipe is always a good idea for me, but this particular delicacy was a no-brainer. Cream cheese cookies with cinnamon. A delightful biscuit combining two of my favorite things.

What’s in it?

at room temperature, half a cup of butter (one stick).Cream cheese, 4 ounces (about half a block), at room temperature

1 and a half cups of powdered sugar

one egg

One and a half teaspoons of vanilla essence1 and 3/4 cups maize

1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

0.25 teaspoons of salt

quarter cup of sugar

one spoonful of cinnamon

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Cookie Recipe A-ZMake a smooth and light mixture by beating together the cream cheese and butter in a large bowl. Combine all of the powdered sugar by mixing well.Blend in the egg and vanilla extract.

The flour, baking soda, and salt should be sifted together in a small basin. Gradually mix the dry ingredients with the wet.

Put the bowl cover on top and refrigerate the dough for at least 60 minutes.

Before placing on a baking sheet, heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small basin, mix the cinnamon and sugar together using a sieve.

Roll out the dough on both sides after scooping and rolling it into balls that are about 1 inch in diameter.

Spread them out on a baking sheet, with at least two inches of space between each.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
