1 egg

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
Shrimp Scampi: Sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant, add shrimp, and cook until pink. Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
White Sauce: In a separate pan, melt butter, stir in flour, and cook briefly. Gradually whisk in milk and simmer until thickened. Add Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Ricotta Mixture: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with the egg until smooth.
Assemble Lasagna: Layer white sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, shrimp scampi, and repeat. Finish with shredded mozzarella on top.
Bake: Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
