Ingredients:-
125 grams butter softened to room temperature
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
Method:-
Place the butter in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat the butter for 2 minutes.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, and continue beating for about 10 minutes until the butter mixture is pale and fluffy
Fold in the flour with a spatula, until fully incorporated.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag fitted with a star tip (1M)
Pipe the cookies onto the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are just beginning to brown.
Remove from oven and let the cookies cool completely.
