Easy Oven Baked Jerk Beef Ribs

Ingredients:
2 lbs beef ribs
2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning, brown sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the beef ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with foil and bake for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.
Optional: For a caramelized finish, broil the ribs for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
