Honey Garlic Ribs

Ingredients:

4 pounds pork spareribs
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:

Preheat & Prep:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice ribs into individual pieces.
Marinate:

In a large bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic until honey and sugar dissolve.
Stir in baking soda (watch it foam!) and coat the ribs in the mixture.
Bake:

Line a cookie sheet with foil and place ribs meat-side up.
Pour any remaining sauce over the ribs, sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake for 1 hour, turning every 20 minutes.
