Ingredients:
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with salt. Squeeze out excess moisture.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and form potato patties, frying until golden brown. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, cook ground beef until browned. Add onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are translucent.
4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on a potato patty, top with shredded cheese, and cover with another patty, sealing the edges.
5. Fry the stuffed potato cakes until crispy and golden on both sides.
