INGREDIENTS
500 roasted skinless peanuts
1 condensed milk
1 1/2 milk
1 butter
1 whey-free cream
Ground peanuts to decorate
Method of preparation
Coarsely chop the peanuts.
In a pan, place the condensed milk, milk and butter.
Cook over low heat (160 ºC), stirring constantly until it starts to come away from the bottom of the pan.
Remove from heat, stir in peanuts and cream.
Distribute in cups and decorate with ground peanuts. Serve hot or cold!!
