Cajun Chicken with Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
Cook the Chicken:

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Once the butter is melted, add the chicken breasts to the skillet.
