Gordon Ramsay’s Flavorful Steak Marinade

INGREDIENTS :

12 oz Steak ⅓ cup Balsamic Vinegar

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

3 tbsp Olive Oil

2 cloves Garlic, minced

2 sprigs Rosemary, finely chopped

⅔ cup Dark Brown Sugar ½ tsp

Kosher Salt

½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

⅓ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS :

Finely chop the garlic and rosemary. In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, dark brown sugar, and olive oil.

Add minced garlic, chopped rosemary, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Place the steak in a zip-lock bag and pour in the marinade. Refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the steak to your preferred doneness. Revel in the delightful aroma and the sizzle!
