Air Fryer Burger Patties Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for juicy texture)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Cooking spray or light oil

Instructions:
Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Let it preheat for about 3 minutes.

Prepare the Patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt.
Add black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Each patty should be about ½ inch thick.

Press a small dimple in the center of each patty with your thumb.
This helps prevent the burgers from puffing while cooking.

Air Fry the Patties: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Place patties in a single layer.
Do not overlap them.

Cook for 8–10 minutes.
Flip the patties halfway through at the 5-minute mark.

Check Doneness: Internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C) for well-done burgers.
For medium burgers, aim for 150°F (65°C).

Optional (Cheese Melt): Add a slice of cheese to each patty.
Do this during the last 1 minute of cooking.

Serving Ideas: Serve on toast.
Or in a burger bun with lettuce, tomato, and sauce. 🍔
