Ingredients
2 seasoned chicken breasts
400 g baby potatoes
200 g fresh green beans
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
Chili flakes
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley
Instructions
Heat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Roast for 15 minutes.
Add seasoned chicken breasts and green beans to the baking dish.
Bake another 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Slice the chicken and garnish with parsley before serving.
