π Ingredients:
Β· 1 large baguette or Italian loaf, sliced thick π₯
Β· 2β3 ripe tomatoes, sliced into rounds π
Β· 3β4 cloves garlic, minced π§
Β· 1 Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or fresh mozz slices) π§
Β· 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Β· Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste π§
Β· ΒΌ cup fresh basil leaves, torn or thinly sliced πΏ

- Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). π₯
- Arrange the thick bread slices on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle or brush the bread generously with olive oil.π«
- Rub the minced garlic evenly over the oiled bread (or sprinkle it on top). π§
- Layer the tomato rounds on top of the bread. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. π π§
