For the Steak
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and black pepper
Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
For the Loaded Potato
2 large russet potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tbsp chopped green onions
For the Broccoli
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
For the Creamy Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
👨🍳 Instructions :
1️⃣ Bake the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Pierce potatoes with a fork and rub lightly with oil and salt.
Bake 45–50 minutes until tender.
Slice open and top with butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon, and green onions.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak
Pat steaks dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Add butter and garlic, spooning the melted butter over the steak for extra flavor.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
3️⃣ Cook the Broccoli
Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Steam or sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender but still bright green.
4️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce
Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
