  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pork Belly:
  • In a pot, boil the pork belly cubes for about 5-7 minutes to remove excess impurities. Drain and set aside.
  1. Stir-Fry:
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the pork belly and stir-fry until golden brown and slightly crispy (about 5-8 minutes).
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  1. Add Chili Peppers and Sauce:
  • Add sliced green chili peppers and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
  • Pour the sauce over the pork belly and chili peppers. Stir well to combine.
  1. Simmer and Serve:
  • Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the pork belly evenly.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice.
