Ingredients (Serves 6)
For the Pie
1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but recommended)
Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Extra grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven
Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the shrimp
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Cook the shrimp
Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until they turn pink. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the custard filling
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, Parmesan, paprika, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the pie
Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Spread mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the bottom. Arrange shrimp across the crust.
Add the filling
Pour the custard mixture gently over the shrimp and cheese.
Bake
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
Finish and serve
Let the pie cool for 10 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan before slicing.
