Ingredients:
2 racks pork ribs
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat smoker or oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Remove membrane from back of ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
- Rub ribs with olive oil, then coat evenly with spice mix (brown sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, cayenne, salt, pepper).
- Place ribs on smoker or baking sheet with rack; cook for 2½–3 hours until tender.
- Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and vinegar in a bowl. Brush mixture over ribs.
- Return ribs to smoker/oven and cook another 30–45 minutes until glaze is sticky and caramelized.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
