Sticky Glazed BBQ Ribs


Ingredients:
2 racks pork ribs
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:

  1. Preheat smoker or oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Remove membrane from back of ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub ribs with olive oil, then coat evenly with spice mix (brown sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, cayenne, salt, pepper).
  4. Place ribs on smoker or baking sheet with rack; cook for 2½–3 hours until tender.
  5. Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and vinegar in a bowl. Brush mixture over ribs.
  6. Return ribs to smoker/oven and cook another 30–45 minutes until glaze is sticky and caramelized.
  7. Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
