This is one of those simple recipes you can use when you want something quick that still tastes great. The air fryer makes the chicken juicy on the inside and brown and a little crispy on the outside.
Things you need
Three chicken breasts
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion powder
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of dried thyme or Italian seasoning
How to do it
Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for about three minutes to start.
Use paper towels to dry off the chicken breasts. This makes them brown more evenly.
Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme in a small bowl.
Spread the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the chicken.
Put the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning them over halfway through so they cook evenly.
Check that the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown on the outside.
Let the chicken sit for about five minutes before cutting it so the juices stay inside.
You can eat it with rice, salad, roasted vegetables, or even cut it up for sandwiches or wraps. It’s easy to make, juicy, and tasty.
