- Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced pork, minced beef, diced bacon, chopped onion, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- If youโre feeling fancy, nestle some hard-boiled eggs into the center of the meat mixture for a delightful surprise.
- Roll out your pie crust in a pie dish, then fill it with the hearty meat mixture. Top it off with another layer of crust.
- Crimp the edges to seal it all in, and give the top a few slits so those glorious steam clouds can escape.
- Pop it in the oven and bake for about 1 hour or until the crust turns a lovely golden brown.
