Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink.
Stir in broccoli florets and cook until tender.
Toss with cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
