- 10β12 baby potatoes (halved)
- 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Flaky salt (for topping)
- Fresh parsley (optional)

Boil potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.
2οΈβ£ Season
In a bowl, mix butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss potatoes until well coated.
