Chicken Breasts in the Air Fryer That Are Juicy
This is one of the simplest ways to cook chicken that is soft and tasty. The outside of the chicken gets a light seasoning and a golden finish, while the inside stays juicy.
Things you need
Three to four chicken breasts without bones
1½ tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
Optional: ½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning
How to
Use paper towels to dry off the chicken breasts. This makes the seasoning stick better.
Put the chicken in a bowl and drizzle olive oil over it.
Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika to the chicken. Make sure that every piece is well covered with the seasoning.
Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up for about three minutes.
Put the chicken breasts in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. Make sure they don’t touch each other.
Cook the chicken for 12 to 15 minutes, turning it halfway through, until it is fully cooked and the inside temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken sit for 3 to 5 minutes before cutting it up so the juices stay inside.
You can serve it with roasted vegetables, salad, rice, or cut it up for sandwiches and wraps.
