Cajun Lobster and Salmon Alfredo 🍝

Seafood & Pasta
2 salmon fillets, cubed

1 lobster tail, meat diced

8 oz fettuccine pasta

Seasonings
2 tsp Cajun seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Alfredo Sauce
2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Cook the Pasta
    Boil the fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions.

Drain and set aside.

  1. Season & Sear the Seafood
    Season cubed salmon and diced lobster with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the salmon for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and just cooked. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, cook the lobster for 2–3 minutes until opaque. Set aside.

  1. Make the Alfredo Sauce
    Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet.

SautΓ© garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Pour in heavy cream; let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese gradually until the sauce thickens.

Optional: Add extra Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

  1. Combine & Serve
    Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat.

Gently fold in the cooked salmon and lobster.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
