Ingredients:
5β6 chicken drumsticks
3 tablespoons butter or olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix butter (or olive oil), garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken drumsticks.
- Pour the chicken broth and lemon juice into the baking dish around the chicken.
- Bake for 35β45 minutes until the chicken is tender and golden brown.
- Spoon the rich buttery sauce over the chicken before serving.
