Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken breasts
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
3 carrots, sliced into thick pieces
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
