Ingredients
For the Proteins
½ lb (225 g) steak, thinly sliced
½ lb (225 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 chicken breast, diced
1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
For the Rice
3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
For the Stir-Fry
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
3 cloves garlic, minced
For the Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
Garnish
2 tbsp green onions, sliced
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add steak and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Push ingredients to one side and scramble eggs until cooked.
Add cooked rice and mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Return steak, chicken, and shrimp to the pan.
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Toss everything together and cook for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
