📝 Ingredients:

To the fish:
500g Tilapia fillet
Juice of 1 lemon
2 crushed garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
For the white sauce:
1 tablespoon of butter.
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
500 ml of milk
1 caixinha de creme de leite
Salt and pepper and nutmeg to taste
50g grated cheese (optional, for grating)

Season The Fish
Season your fillets with lemon, garlic, salt and pepper. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
