📝 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream or milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Sear pork chops in olive oil until lightly browned.
- In a bowl, mix cream, soup, garlic, and half the cheese.
