- 6β8 large eggs
- 4β6 sausage patties (beef, turkey, or chicken)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1β2 tbsp butter or oil

- Cook the sausage
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage patties.
- Cook for about 4β5 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked.
- Remove and set aside.
- Fry the eggs
- In the same pan, lower the heat to medium-low.
- Add a little butter or oil if needed.
- Crack the eggs gently into the pan.
- Cook without flipping for sunny-side-up:
- Whites should set
- Yolks stay runny
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Plate it
- Arrange the eggs on a plate.
- Place the sausage patties on top or on the side.
