Instructions:
1. Whip the cream:
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2. Mix dry ingredients:
In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt.
3. Combine:
Add vanilla and melted sugar-free chocolate (if using), then gently fold in the whipped cream.
4. Shape:
Pour the mixture into a lined container or mold and smooth the top.
5. Freeze:
Freeze for 5β6 hours or until firm.
6. Serve:
Let it sit for 2β3 minutes, then cut into bars and enjoy.
