Ingredients:
500g beef liver (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup flour (for coating)
Instructions:
Season liver with salt and pepper, then coat lightly in flour.
Heat oil and fry onions until soft, set aside.
In the same pan, cook liver for 2β3 minutes per side.
Add onions back and serve hot.
π Garlic Butter Escargot (Snails)
Ingredients:
12 cooked snails
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each snail shell with the butter mixture.
Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 10β12 minutes.
Serve hot with bread.

Ingredients:
500g frog legs
1 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying
Lemon slices
Instructions:
Season frog legs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Coat in flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Serve with lemon.

Ingredients:
500g minced lamb (or beef)
1 cup oats
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 cup broth
Salt, pepper, spices
Instructions:
Cook onions until soft.
Mix meat, oats, onion, broth, and spices.
Place in a baking dish or casing.
Cook at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for about 1 hour.
Slice and serve.
