Whoever came up with air-fried crispy cauliflower… deserves a medal 🏅 because this is seriously addictive! Golden, crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with flavor. It tastes like little healthy tater tots but way lighter and low-carb. I’m completely obsessed 🤤
🛒 Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs if not low-carb)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
1–2 tbsp olive oil spray
🔥 Optional dipping sauce:Fruits & Vegetables
Greek yogurt + garlic + lemon juice
or
Spicy mayo
👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
Steam or microwave cauliflower for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and pat dry.
In a bowl, whisk eggs.
In another bowl, mix Parmesan, almond flour, and all seasonings.
Dip cauliflower florets into egg, then coat well in the dry mixture.
Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with oil.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dip!
