Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide into small balls and flatten into round breads.
- Place on a baking tray and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 220°C / 430°F for 10–15 minutes until golden.
