3/4 cup (160g) lentils, ground
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 eggs
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
40g psyllium seeds
30g pumpkin seeds
30g sunflower seeds
Sesame seeds, for topping

Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
