Ingredients
1 large ribeye steak
2 eggs
2 cups shredded hash browns
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper flakes
Dried parsley
Instructions
Season the steak generously with salt and black pepper. Heat a skillet over high heat with olive oil and sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked to your liking. Let it rest for a few minutes.
Cook the hash browns in butter until golden and crispy.
Fry the eggs sunny-side up in a lightly buttered pan. Sprinkle with black pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
Serve the steak with eggs and crispy hash browns on the side.
