Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion, chopped 🧅

- 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- ½ cup curry leaves

Instructions 🥣
- Pour the oil into a thick-bottomed pan over low heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
- Add black seeds, black pepper, cloves, and fenugreek seeds. Stir for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Add curry leaves and cook until crisp.
- Continue cooking gently until the oil becomes darker in color.
- Turn off the heat and allow the oil to cool completely.
- Strain and store in a clean glass bottle.
