Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs (optional)

For the Fries:

  • 3–4 potatoes, cut into fries
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For the Fresh Salad:

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped 🍅
  • 1 small onion, sliced 🧅
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

For the Smoky Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  1. Season chicken with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill or pan-cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Fry potatoes until crispy and golden, then sprinkle with salt.
  4. Mix tomatoes, onion, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the salad.
  5. Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Serve crispy fries, grilled chicken, fresh salad, and smoky sauce together.
