Roasted Grape Skewers

INGREDIENTS
1 (17 oz) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
~3 cups red grapes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 bunches fresh rosemary leaves, roughly chopped
1/3 cup parmesan
3 teaspoon sea salt

PREPARATION
If using wooden skewers, soak them in a dish of water for 15 minutes before assembling.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
On a large cutting board, unroll thawed puff pastry and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, parmesan, and sea salt, then use a rolling pin to lightly press toppings into the dough, then flip dough over and repeat on the other side. Do the same with second sheet of dough.
Slice dough into strips about 1 inch thick.
Skewer the end of the strip of dough, then skewer a grape. Fold the dough around the grape and skewer it again. Repeat the process until you reach the end of the dough. Place completed skewers on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake skewers for 18-20 minutes or until pastry is golden.
Drizzle honey or balsamic over the top for an extra touch!
