Ingredients:
- 2 fish fillets
- 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled & cleaned)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 smoked sausages (sliced)
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 croissants
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1–2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Fish:
Season fish fillets with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook fish for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
2. Prepare the Shrimp Rice:
In the same pan, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Mix in cooked rice and season with Cajun seasoning.
3. Cook the Sausage:
Slice sausage and cook in a skillet until browned and slightly crispy.
