Ingredients:
24 cooked snails
100 g butter, softened
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
2. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Place a snail in each shell or baking dish cavity.
4. Cover with garlic butter.
5. Bake for 10β12 minutes until bubbling.
6. Serve hot with bread.

Ingredients:
12 fresh oysters
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp parsley
Lemon wedges
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 220Β°C (425Β°F).
2. Open oysters and place on a baking tray.
3. Mix butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
4. Spoon mixture onto each oyster.
5. Bake for 8β10 minutes until golden.
6. Serve with lemon.

Ingredients:
1 kg frog legs
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp parsley
Salt and pepper
Juice of Β½ lemon
Instructions:
1. Season frog legs with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
4. Add frog legs and cook 4β5 minutes per side.
5. Add lemon juice and parsley.
6. Serve immediately.

4 slices black pudding
1 tbsp oil or butter
1 onion, sliced (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add oil or butter.
3. Fry black pudding slices for 3β4 minutes per side.
4. Cook onions until caramelized if using.
5. Serve with eggs, mashed potatoes, or bread.
