Easy and Simple Cake

Ingredients:
– 5 eggs
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 cup oil
– 1 tablespoon soft butter
– 1 cup lemon (or orange) juice
– Zest of one lemon
– 2 packets of baking powder
– Pinch of salt
– 1 cup fine semolina
– 1 tablespoon vinegar
– 1.5 to 2 cups of all-purpose flour (measured with a tea cup)

Instructions:
1. Mix the eggs and sugar well.
2. Gradually add the oil while mixing.
3. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and butter. Mix well.
4. Add the vinegar and semolina.
5. Add the flour and baking powder.
6. Grease the cake mold with soft butter and sprinkle with fine semolina.
7. Pour the mixture into the mold.
8. Bake in the oven at 170°C (338°F) with heat from the bottom only until cooked through, then turn on the top heat to brown the cake.
9. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then turn it out onto a plate.
10. Decorate as desired. I sprinkled it with powdered sugar.
