🥗Easy Shrimp Corn Avocado Salad🥗😋

✓Ingredients:

– 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and cut in half
– 1 cup corn kernels
– 2 avocados, diced 
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
– 1/4 red onion, diced
– 2 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– Salt and pepper to taste

✓Instructions:

1. If shrimp is not cooked, boil for 3 minutes then cool. If using frozen cooked shrimp, just thaw it.


2. Put all ingredients in a big bowl: shrimp, corn, avocado, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.


3. Add olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.


4. Toss gently and serve right away.
