- GRILLED CHICKEN VEGETABLE SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices toasted bread or 1 soft sandwich bun
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Cucumber slices
- Avocado slices
- 1 slice cheese
- 2 tablespoons creamy garlic sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, grill until golden and juicy
- Toast bread lightly
- Spread creamy garlic sauce on both sides of bread
- Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, cheese, and sliced chicken
- Close sandwich, cut in half
- Serve with chips or pickles
- TUNA AND VEGETABLE SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices soft or toasted bread
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Cucumber slices
- Red onion slices
- Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy
- Place lettuce on bread
- Add tuna mixture
- Top with tomato, cucumber, and red onion
- Close sandwich and cut into triangles or halves

- 1 slice cheese

- Bell pepper strips
- 2 tablespoons ranch or mustard sauce
- Black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Spread ranch or mustard sauce on bread
- Add lettuce, turkey slices, cheese, tomato, cucumber, and bell peppers
- Sprinkle with black pepper
