Cheesy Garlic Shrimp Toast 🍤🧄

📝 Ingredients :
1 large crusty French baguette, cut into 8 thick slices
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and roughly chopped
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tablespoon olive oil

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Toast That Bread:
Brush the thick baguette slices lightly with olive oil and toast at 400°F (200°C) for 5–6 minutes until the edges turn crisp and golden while the centers stay slightly tender—the perfect base for crispy garlic toast, easy seafood bites, and a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

2️⃣ Sizzle the Shrimp:
Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, then toss in the shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook briefly until just pink and juicy, keeping those shrimp tender for garlic butter shrimp, juicy seafood bites, and a seriously good quick shrimp appetizer.

3️⃣ Make It Cheesy:
Stir together mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and half the parsley. Fold in most of the shrimp for a chunky mixture packed with cheesy shrimp goodness, creamy garlic flavor, and irresistible seafood comfort food.

4️⃣ Load & Bake:
Generously mound the cheesy shrimp mixture onto each toasted baguette slice and top with the remaining whole or chunky shrimp. Bake for 7–9 minutes, then broil briefly until bubbly with golden spots for cheesy shrimp toast, melty garlic bread, and a killer party appetizer.
