Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Bombs:
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc and place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal.
Bake:
Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs!
